Blog on the website

The registry site now has a Blog section for release notes.

  • Index: /blog
  • Per-version posts: /blog/{version} (for example /blog/1.13.0)
  • Posts are markdown files under aprs_service_registry/web/blog/posts/
  • Convention: every released version gets a matching blog post

Nav links appear in Docs sidebar and on the Cards/Table headers.

Documentation updates for 1.13.0 behavior

Operator Guide, FAQ, and About pages now document:

  • New services start pending until a successful health check or admin action
  • Re-registration preserves status (no automatic undelete / activate)
  • APRS tactical callsign validation rules
  • Correct meaning of pending (new registration *or* recent health-check failures)
